Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

1. In particular situation where we are not able to complete your order, we will provide fully refund of any payment received.

2. We reserve the right to notify you that goods that you placed orders have become unavailable for the reasons that beyond our control. A full refund will be given to you once the above situations arise.

3. If we shipped you an incorrect item: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange. Make sure to read the Product-Specific policies below for more details (when applicable) and exceptions.

4. If an item is missing from your order: Contact Customer Service to inform us an item is missing from your order. When we have confirmed that an item was missing, we will offer a full refund of the item price or begin processing a new one for you.

5. If your package is lost during shipping: Contact Customer Service to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.

6. If we shipped you a defective or damaged item: You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or refund.

7. Rules about The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (change of mind returns)

7.1 We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. However, we might be allow to give you a store credit coupon to you at our fully discretion or refund (not fully refund guaranteed )on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in the question is:

( I ).the item returned within 30 days of the order;
( II ). the item is with original tags or packing (i.e. not used or worn);
( III ) not damaged in any way

7.2 We can only refund you or give you a store credit coupon when we received the return product. Due to the hygienical reasons, change of mind returns are not include any intimates goods such as underwear, socks, swimwear and adult toys etc. It is your responsibility for the cost of postage to return the goods to us.

7.3 A AU$15 or 20% (whichever is lower) management fee will apply to change of mind returns

8: The goods in our website come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. The user are entitled to receive a replacement or refund for a major failure. The user also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be an acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to be a major problem.

9: Some goods you purchased from us may have warranty documents on or inside the packing provided by the manufacturer of the product. Such warranty is not provided by us, and your rights for such warranty is different from your rights given by us. It is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer to making a claim under such warranty.

10 : General Refund processes:
10.1 Any refund will take up to 28 days of the original receipt depend on the item and number of returns, some items may take longer.

10.2 When you look for a refund on a product, please contact our customer services. Once contacted, we will investigate the issues and give advise whether your product may be returned. We may offer you a return authorization and instructions on the return processes where you must comply to complete the return processes.

10.3 It is your responsibility for the cost of postage to return the goods to us.

10.4 Refund will be use the payment method you used for purchase. Store credit coupon will be issued to your account which used to place the order.
